How soon will I receive my pump?

This will vary depending on your health insurance plan’s guidelines.

After submitting your information, our Medline Mom & Baby Care Specialists will reach out to your doctor to request a breast pump prescription and to your insurance provider to verify coverage. This process may take 7-10 business days.

Once verified and approved, your selected breast pump will be processed and shipped. In most instances, total processing and delivery time takes approximately 4-7 business days. Some insurance plans require that we wait to process the order 30 to 60 days prior to your due date or that your baby has been born before we can ship the breast pump.

What is your return policy?

Because breast pumps are a personal hygiene product, all sales of breast pumps and accessories are considered final and no returns will be accepted.

If you suspect a manufacturer defect or other warranty issue or if your breast pump is not working properly, please contact the manufacturer’s number listed with the product information for more information and to troubleshoot the problem.
